More than likely EMS was on scene and did the sedation. We respond routinely to calls where there is a crazy guy who needs some nap time. The LEOs restrain and we sedate, safer for everyone.

I don't believe there is a way to properly test for those chemicals after they are broken down for the toxicology reports...basically, the Dr said "he couldn't find the presence", but no one in the community believes that is the case... he could only confirm cannabis.
