Lemon pepper and teryaki chicken, fetticine w/spinach, hot pepper cabbage and greens. That's about it, I can't do no more today. Plus did awesome breakfast burritos this morning. I'm stuffed!

I cooked a 10.7 lb choice yeild grade 2 New York Loin on my Traeger grill yesterday. cheesy potatoes, green bean bake & corn on the cobb.

Ribs, rub with tyme, basil and cracked pepper. Coat the slow cooker with oil and cook the ribs 6-7 hours on low.
Finish the ribs on the BBQ 3-4 minutes a side with your favorite sauce.
