yeah i was surprised nobody noticed the spedo was in KM/H.... the 0-100 time = 0-62MPH and that was fast, but not earth shattering. Oh and the night video shows a 20KM/H drop from 100-->80 when he shifted. Does that mean that he had a horribly bad shift or were the wheels spinning faster than the car was traveling before the shift causing the speedo to be inaccurate?

The vibration and sound made it seem like a slip. It is not hard to lose traction in that car. I don't think it was a bad shift, could be anything... conditions, tires, etc...

Why not drive 200+ with traction control off. What could go wrong....

I'm laughing because one of the planets hottest performance cars runs out of speedometer at 200 mph while my Audi Q5 has a 180 mph speedometer that it will never see without a rocket booster.

No traction in first gear makes your speedo go really high.

That's the only way I would do high speed runs.

oh yeah, I was watching with no audio... maybe that would've helped. But yeah. I've never actually watched the speedo when flooring it. I'm just concentrating on keeping the car straight! So I suppose any car w/o traction control on will do the same thing.

Damn!!! That thing was moving the f#$k out!!!

At the beginning of the video, did he put it in reverse, then start reving the crap out of it?..

Reverse lights came on right before the revs...

Yes absolutely, I use launch control yesterday.... unlike the videos I always leave a little rubber at takeoff, but my shifts from 2nd on occasion have slipped, but not to often because it doesn't have the power that ZR1 beast has. But without traction control you could make it happen for sure
