Great job keeping your cool. Glad it did not escalate into gun play. Wow. Seems like he is a tool..."my word against yours"...um...get a permit to carry and don't run when the cops are called if you are such an "upstanding citizen". I hope he gets cited for the lack of a permit to carry. Gun laws are there for a reason.

What's the landlords beef with parking?
I have assigned parking spots for my store front, and when the other business kept parking in my spots overnight (rental car agency) and we have limited spots to park, I had them towed!!!

Not gangsters, white 40+ year old businessmen are ready down here especially the bar owners.

I'm a landlord and I would never put my hands on a tenant.

For the record: I didnt chase the guy away, after I instructed my staff to call the cops, he said he wasn't afraid of them, so as he was leaving, I kept asking "why you leaving then" and I went to the boundaries of my property line to get his AUTO TAG, so the cops would have it..

The other camera angles (audio/vide) as stated will clearly document, this guy came in the store to be confrontational and brought a gun to the fight.......

It takes a lot to get me to respond, hitting me in the chest is not enough, yelling is not responding, just being vocal........ If he pulled the gun out in plain sight, then it would have be on !
