Yes, it does cause problems. :(

Talking Lowerin' the seat can be done with a cuttin' torch.

I solved the head clearance problem by cuttin' out the raised portions of the floor beneath the driver's seat rails then reattaching the seat directly to the floor pan.

My head usta' strike the ceiling, and I was crunching down the vertebrae when racing with a helmet on my coconut.

This was all part of puttin' in a roll cage. I figured on killin' two birds with one stone, so to speak.
