I thought GM got alot of thier Camaro tech out od the Utes.

I never understood hotrodded utes or pick-ups. Ever seen Homer Simpson's car design?:


It's what happens when a car tries to be too many things.

For crying out loud: do you want a work truck to haul sheep or equipment, or do you want a sports car?

People who think a "sports car ute" looks nice are the same people who think that wearing a lumber jack shirt with the sleeves torn off, tight black jeans and a mullet looks good too. I suppose there's always the "different strokes for different folks" argument that people excuse for everything.

ps. - there's a reason why "Powell Motors" looks the same as the El Camino's manufacturer.

they make far more sense than a Ford Lightning, Silverado SS, or Ram SRT10 ...
