How about save your money and slow down, you don't need to do that on the streets, that's what a track is for.

Worth the money

When I first got my Camaro, I immediately had a Passport 9500ci installed.

It wasn't cheap, but it has been worth every cent. The radar unit is installed behind the grill just under the license plate bracket, so it is hidden very well. The unit also comes with two forward facing laser shifters and one rear. Here is a review of how it works.

The unit also has a GPS that is tucked inside the front dash. It remembers locations like automatic door openers and will store locations so over time, the false alerts are eliminated.

I get so sick of reading post of people scolding other members for driving 15MPH over the speed limit. If you drive a camaro and have never driven 15 over the speed limit than you need to get a life. He didn't ask for your parenting. He was just sharing a mistake he made. I am not saying you should street race or drive like an A-hole. Sometimes these cars just wanna go. If your going to drive exactly the speed limit all the time than go buy a Prius and leave the camaro's to people who are not wearing a pocket protector.

Really? Do you know how ridiculous you sound? Most people are doing 10-15 over the speed limit just to stay with the flow of traffic on the highway, forget joyriding....

Not to mention, most of the time, the ones who are actually speeding are ignored while someone with a flashy car is often the one pulled over...

They are not illegal in Alabama.

Driving 8-14 over isn't any big deal. On most highways it's the norm. Also, your name is Road Rage, and your tag line says, "Move." That doesn't match up with your comment.

Correct. Though technically the FCC allows anyone to own and operate a radio transmitter (which is all a radar detector is). So you can fight the radar detector ticket, as a national law supersedes a state law.

I got pulled over 80 in a 55. it was 2AM and he said he would've opened up the car a little bit too because it was 2am and all three lanes were empty. he was cool about it and talked about my car and let me go
