I am almost through the first 90 days. I don't use the recovery drink but I do use Syntha 6 (protein, tastes great).

lol i cant eat tuna its so disgusting .. i truly hate it .. i've been actually looking what can i replace tuna salad with .. and the soups (on their diet plan)
