It feels just like the stock clutch.

If I had a do over, I would go auto but only because they are faster than the manuals however I have no regrets with my current car.

As for the clutch, shifter and such, very pleased with the combo I am running and handles 6k launches on stickies without issue.

I've put ~6600 miles on mine since I picked her up last June. No major issues, but a couple of minor annoyances.

Occasionally, 2nd gear gets a bit notchy/crunchy for about a minute or two upon startup, particularly when it's colder. Otherwise, no issues regarding the transmission.

Only other issue I've had is the quality of the paint used for the steering wheel buttons. Back in October when lurking on one of the Mustang sites I frequent, one owner complained about the paint on one his buttons scratching off quite easily. I brushed it off as an isolated incident...until the next morning on the way to work I noticed the very same thing happened to one of my cruise control buttons. Took it to the dealership; service guys couldn't really offer a solution other than 'wait-and-see' approach and that they'd see what they could do by the time I pulled in for my first scheduled service...

Ford has a tsb out for cold notchy shifting. They replace the trans fluid with a different type. It is called dual clutch transmission fluid. Basically the same as 75w-90 gear oil.
