Man If that Black Box thingy technology on cars exist really does and is recording all my driving habits I need to get rid of it and FAST!

You can't get rid of it, it's part of the air bag system. EDR's have been on all GM vehicles for about 12 years. Cops and insurance companies will upload the data on them after a crash.
