Where in PA are you? I am a PDR tech and specialize in hail...I was also the guy at C5Fest last year that Skyblu referred to in the above post...Also if you go through a dealer or body shop you'll most likely not only pay off of a hail pricing matrix but also some sort of shop mark-up, that's a pretty standard practice to the tune of anywhere from 10-35%.
