I think it's funny that the "100% Beef" on the package... is the name of the company that supplys them beef... not the beef content of the pattys

In the Southwest its In'n'Out Burger or bust. They actually make the food right in front of you. In other words you see for yourself it doesn't can 10% people meat.

If you think that's a balanced meal you obviously know nothing about nutrition.

Watch the movie Supersize Me, and you won't eat much McD's anymore. That guy ate McDs straight for 30 days straight including lots of mcnuggets, went from healthy to organs starting to shut down. Docs urged him to quit on the last week and it took many months to recover back to starting weight and normal blood test results.

McDlt was a cool idea but it was a let down like all their food. In n out rocks! But all food needs to be eaten in moderation.

They referred to it as a "Chicken McNoggin" at Snopes.

As some reports go, the chicken head seems fully intact, so it's doubtful any harm came to anyone. It's not a foreign object since chicken parts are expected in a box of chicken parts. And she wasn't freaked out too bad, as she was posing with it for pictures.

Legally, you must prove actual harm to collect damages. I doubt the lady got anything more than a small amount of "freak out" compensation and a new box of McD's Mighty Wings.

Of course In n' Out rocks...I didn't even know about In n' Out until 1984, even though I had been born & raised in L.A. My parents failed me there.

Oh, and though In n' Out is awesome (I drove to Redding from Seattle just to stop there before heading to the coast to drive back north)....We have something better here in Seattle:
