This isn't the first time gas has gone up and it won't be the last. Remember that even the those little pissy Smart car owners have to by gas. The difference is we may have to buy a little more then they do but everytime we climb in our Camaros the fun begins. Everytime they climb in their little gas saver all they can do is hope to get to their destination safely while risking their life in a little tin can. The extra gas money we spend is well worth the fun. Enjoy your Camaros people.

are we going to have another 2008 here? lol i got a feeling it might be worse than last time. hopefully the price will drop like it did in 2008

I would bet on $150 per barrel not happening in 2011 unless there is real problems in Saudi. 2008 had a very strong economy around the world, we do not have that now. US is in a shaky recovery at best, Europe is having problems, yes China has a strong economy but the rest of the world does not. I think anything above the current price will slow economies more, $150 will definitely not be sustainable...2012-2013 may be a different story.

there is no reason why gas should be THIS high. its bittering knowing we have more than 100 years worth of natural gas and crude oil in the us alone... but we wont drill

The highest i have seen and paid for is $3.39/gal for 87 octane. Glad im not paying for 93 octane lmao!

It's so bad in WA we have a map of the gas prices by location. I paid $3.89 for Premium on Saturday.

I am glad I am moving this weekend. I will only be 6 miles from my job instead of 45 which adds up to me driving about 28,000 miles less next year. the wife will also not be driving about 10,000 next year. between the 2 of us we will be saving around 7,000 bucks by moving. my commute will be doable by bicycle if need be

i just thought how much my dad will be spending on gas this summer. he drives 30k+ miles a year with 12MPG- 14 MPG. lol
