well my last car a 95-2000 dodge stratus it was a middle level with the 2.4 DOHC inline four with a 4 speed auto. in mexico they sold the stratus with the same turbocharged version of the 2.4 used in the PT Cruiser and the original Neon SRT-4 and you could get it with a 5 speed manual. the only way you could get a stratus with a 'stick' was if you got the base model with the 2.0 SOHC shared with the 1st gen neon. I think a sedan that was as slippery and shapely as the 1st gen 'cloud car's with a 200+ hp turbo 4 and a 'stick' with some nice wheels/tires would be a fun ride to have.
