The Challenger had those wheels a year before the Camaro even came out...... Anywho, those are R/T wheels, the stripes are not factory, probably aftermarket. It appears to have a body colored spoiler and the billet Gas cap too. Unless someone has went through the rouble to dress up an SE with R/T parts, it is an R/T.
