Problem is that everyone seems to have a different idea of what they think certain articles mean. There are also quite a few outdated sections that need to be updated to fit modern times, caught a couple of them just in the 15 minutes that I was able to listen in.

The Constitution has always been and will always be open to interpretation. That's a good thing and a bad thing. It allows it to adapt to current events easily (that's why it's called a "living document") but it also allows anyone with an opinion to fit the Constitution to their viewpoint.
