Where is the Saturday/sunday with double time paid on Friday option here?? We in the dairy industry don't really get holidays off. Christmas day and Thanksgiving day and thats it. Gotta slave away at work to get the milk to the store so everyone else can have their fancy holiday meals.

off starting this Friday and don't come back to work til January 4th. Company I work for calls it "winter break", the best part it it is a paid time off! Same again in the summer. I have vacation time coming outta my ears because of too many company paid time off.
