Yeah, the guy was a tool. I've seen people texting, reading books, reading newspapers, shaving, eating, and one woman was pressed up against the rearview mirror while she curled her eyelashes with one of those eyelash pliers.
Be safe everyone and have a happy Thanksgiving!

Please...I'm tired of people stirring up trouble

C'mon, there's hundreds of people on this forum. Only a few are being dicks. Just ignore them.

That's funny - I was behind a guy driving and texting one night, and what a dummy - you can so see the screen lit up in his jeep - it's night time hello, very visible in the dark. Can't imagine he got too far without a LEO seeing the light.
There was a lady tailgating me one day while putting on mascara. I was in my old beater car so I just slammed on the brakes to wake her up. She about bit a chunk out of her steering wheel but she was able to avoid hitting me. Hopefully she realized I set her up when I shook my index finger at her in a "no no no" gesture at the next light.
There's no end to what people might do while they're driving. How about paying attention? That's a good start!
OP, no flames for you dude, thank you for the chuckle.

I should have known that there's an app for that!

And there's a lot worse that happens on the road than someone taking pictures with a camera phone:
