I'm sorry. Enjoy the creaky body structure, the rattling interior, the less than comfortable seats, the harsh ride, the diffculty getting in and out, the lack of a rear seat...
I was a 5 time Corvette repeat customer. (67, 92, 95, 00, 07). July 13, 2009 was a VERY happy day when I handed the keys over to my 2007 C6 for the Camaro... Yeah, the Corvette is faster, lighter, quicker and handles better but what are you, a race car driver? Sorry, the Camaro is a better car IMO. Enjoy. |

Gorgeous! I love my z06 - but they are right about the corvette tax - mods are crazy expensive! Mind you, that hasn't stopped me! That's one of the things I like about the camaro - mods are about half those of the vette.
I'm rpoz06 on the corvetteforum - say "hi" sometime! My mildly modded Z06  !

People are going to like what they like. If a Z06 floats your boat, go for it. I like the looks of the Camaro a tad better though, myself. I know many folks think the Corvette is all that and a bag of chips, and to some extent it is, but to me it's a purpose-built car. A Corvette may end up in my garage one day, but there's no goal to do it. Another Camaro is, however.
Enjoy it. They ARE cool.

still not a camaro, sure everybody wants a vette but the camaro is still fresh and new , vettes dont get the jaw dropping looks that camaro's get. hate to say but there common. but there still my next choice before a mustang any day. had to add very nice car indeed but like you when the camaro wheres off of me i will probably do the same.

 all great comments! This post was in NO WAY to bash camaro.. If I had the money, I'd buy a New Z28 TOO.
