Mine's been at the dealer for a month -- today starts week 5 - it took a week and a half to order the parts
(but that was insurance copmany's fault for screwing up the claim and not sending an adjustor out there in a timely manner).

Is this for warranty issues or a car accident.

I'm almost afriad to get her back....after driving a hybrid with a hamster in a ball for an engine....I don't know if I can handle a V8 again....

Im Sorry to hear thanks for sharing your situation with me makes me feel a little better about my wait it just sucks really bad the people at the service department are very nice it just seems like they arent in that much of a hurry to fix the issue. Oh well though they are the ones paying for the rental not me. Thats going to be a nice hefty bill for them 360 bucks if they wait till friday.

Ya - makes me REALLY appreciate the FIRST time someone plowed into me and it only took 4 days.
Do they have all the parts that could be the hold up -- or if they have other cars that have been there before you.
I'm lucky, the dealership has been doing mine since they got the parts and have always been honest about the timeframe. They said 3-4 weeks and is has been (well, 5 but that first week was delay due to the instuance company's screw up)....

The first time I lost her for two weeks I was a WRECK!! If this is your first time sans Camaro, I promise it gets easier (not much, but...)

The joy when you get her back is immense....

No I meant you forgot that this is the second time that has happened... (i.e. forgot to say "got hit at a light AGAIN")
But yes, both at a light...(the SAME light no less)....
I would travel a different route!

Im at the oh well the longer they keep it the more they pay for rental and the closer I get to a lemon. Just for the record I dont want to lemon my car but as I stated before I refuse to pay a loan on a car if it will have a lot of problems in the future. Especially with such a low mileage.
