Met when I was in High School, her in jr. High. (insert cradle robber comments here) Met at a teen square dance club my girlfriend at the time drug me to. Dumped that one chased the wife for a year before getting her to be my girl. Got married 2 days after she turned 18 so's her parents couldn't stop us. In the reception line after we were married my mother in law bet me $10 we wouldn't be married longer than a year ....36 years now and still going, although I still do not understand what keeps her with me???

BTW best $10 of beer I ever drank!!

I met mine through one of my best friends boyfriend back in high school. Both the guys went to a different school in the next town over. We were on and off for a year/year and a half when along came a baby. 2 months after I graduated (he graduated a yr before me) we decided to get married. 12 years of marriage later we are still together and happier than ever. Our oldest daughter will be 13 in 2 months (and acts like she is 30 ) and our baby just turned 10 this summer. He is the best "better half" ever...I mean he did buy me my dream car for our anniversary last year...

I was 17 working at a car wash and auto repair shop I saw him and started flirting so we just started talking one day then going to lunch then dinner and other dates, the thing was he is 11 years older than me and I certainly wasn't going to tell my parents that, I didn't have to because he never looked his age and still doesn't. We dated for a year and half and we got married when i was 19. This Novevmber will be our 22nd wedding anniversary and together for almost 24 years! Happily married and have more things in common than anyone I know. He is my best friend and I love him he is the best! We have a 9 year old daughter as well.

No, but my Wife is Mormon. Well she was Mormon as a child and then realized it was a bunch of hocus pocus. She hasn't had anything to do with them since She met me

But ok, the serious story of how we met? Ok. We went to Jr. High and High School together. She was a very good Mormon girl. So we never hung out in the same circles and I was also a year older. We had an Arts and Crafts class together my senior year, she was a junior. I was sitting on the back table with a bunch of Dudes and we all took notice of how hot this Girl was. So one of my Buddies bet me a "Slurpee" from 7-11 () if I would ask her for Her number. Well I have no fear so i stepped to her and asked her. She replied "uh.....we just changed it and I don't know it".....

I went back to the table and said, "she looks good but boy is she stupid"!

Well the next day I was in Psychology Class and we had a new student, it was Her! There were many open seats but she came and sat right in front of me. We became really good friends and the reason she didn't give me her number was because she already had a boyfriend, but she soon learned the ways of the Sooch! The rest is history. We've been together for seventeen years and happily married fourteen years of that. We have two beautiful daughters and My Wife still is Girl of My Dreams!
