I had Oracle install footwell lighting at Indy. They wired them with an on/off switch on the
left kick panel instead of the lights coming on with the interior lights.
Made no sense, so I had to rewire them after I got home.

She told me they weren't doing any warranty work at the fest; so I told her we were staying in Texas for a few days after the fest and asked if I could get help at the NW Houston store. I was told my only option was to send the lights back by mail, yada, yada, yada.

I was pretty ticked by her uncaring attitude and at that point she made sure the company lost a customer for good and gained an excustomer that would bad mouth Oracle at every opportunity; and the post you are reading would have had a very different tone.

We then went to the next booth. On the table was a nice looking LED shop light. I picked it up and was very interested until I saw it was made by Oracle and I told Tommy and Jody I'd never buy another Oracle product. Tommy asked why and I told him. He said "let's fix this" and went over to the Oracle booth and brought Justin over. Within ten minutes I had a new set of lights professionally installed by Kirk (Tech Specialist).

I told several friends about my encounter and they all wound up spending a wad of money at Oracle. The "show and tell" at the parking lot party that night was interesting with all the new lights, and people didn't have to listen to me complaining. After Justin, Tommy, Kirk and Jody made me a happy camper again, I went back and bought that shop light (great light by the way) and Kirk put in a set of footwell lights for me.

If they'd had the cup holder lights, I would have bought those too
Also, at the fest I mentioned to the Oracle folks that my RGB mailslot scanner bar, that I had purchased from Phastek, was no longer working. I was told they didn't have a replacement. Justin at Phastek told me to contact him via email that night and he'd send me a replacement and I could send the old one back when I got home.

However, on Monday after the fest, we were heading north on vacation and stopped by Phastek in NW Houston as it wasn't far out of our way.

Justin and Ricardo went above and beyond by installing a new scanner in my car and also "learned me a thing or two."

We had an enjoyable visit at their store and shop. THANKS GUYS!!! Unsurpassed customer service at PHASTEK
