Hardly ate anything in that video. That was done on a 1/4 mile track where you quickly run out of real estate. Not even sure why they would attempt to roll race there. That track ends very quickly.

An inch or a mile is getting "EATEN" to me.

The beating would have been even worse on an open and clear highway.....more real estate for Satan to stretch it's legs.

But they had to put race gas in the car, But the conditions were too good, But the track was prepped, But Motortrend said it was a 12-second car, but, but but, let the excuses begin.

Beautiful run!

I'm so impressed. ONE SINGLE CAR, on ONE SINGLE PASS, equipped with an AUTOMATIC transmission, on a WELL PREPPED track, under PERFECT CONDITIONS, running 109 OCTANE, was able to meet Dodge's claimed performance number for a **STOCK** car after 6 MONTHS of Hellcat tests and reviews pouring in showing a range of 11.4-12.5 on pump gas.

I just don't see what the obsession is for you guys. There are many cars faster than this stock. There are many modified cars faster than this for far less. I've never seen a fan base with such strong desire to be validated by something as silly as a marketed ET.

Yeah, the fact they put 109 in it kinda screwed the pooch on these claims.

Even though there is no tuning available to optimize the engines for race fuel, and we really do not know how much impact the race fuel actually had (unless they have datalogs that they are not sharing?), there remains a distinct chance it had a positive impact.

At the least the 109 likely helped prevent the engine from pulling timing.
