That is the way I learned it. I guess I am more of a dork.
I knew that way too, didn't think anyone would get it

That's how I learned it too while growing up in the Great White North!

[QUOTE=Ladybugsmom;6033190]Since it's Music Monday, and tonight is the Lady Gaga concert, here's something to get me ready!!! Maggie, you ready too???

(Even if you think you don't like Lady Gaga, watch the second vid - Speechless - it really shows just how talented she is)

Looking forward to it Jeanette!

I was introduced to this song this week end. A little rockabilly and enjoyed it with a neighbour while having a nice adult beverage.

We are having a sleety afternoon/evening in TN too heRS. Most of my afternoon appts cancellled so I called the last one to see if they were coming & I got to leave early. Good thing too! Roads were startng to slick up so any later & the cruze may not have cruised but slid home. That poor baby is sitting outside right now with about a third of an inch of ice covering her. But I made it home with no issues.

Yeah, Twisty! A secret sign, that's the ticket! Give us a sign Rick!

Maybe I'll find a vid later. I'm hungry now & then some work to do.

Now going to be singing that all night. Much better than the MiSSiSSiPPi Song though. Unless it's Mississippi Queen of course.

And here I had thought that the "humpbacks" of Mississippi were going extinct!

And to keep up theme of the Music Monday continuous stream if consciousness ... and continuing with the cars ... well ... Let's go ...

Happy Early Birthday Moserbe! We have quite a few January birthdays here in Old Fart Land

Here's a continuation of NOT letting go, by one of my favorite 70s artist. Heard Steve Earle talking about the 70s scene in California music with Linda Rondstadt, Jackson Browne and the Eagles.....must have been awesome

Good evening everyone!

Here is my music Monday contributions.

Warren Zevon did this next song too. I prefer the Linda Ronstadt version.

Today is the last day of 8am - 5pm work at the Barrett Jackson Auction. From here on out, it is 8 am until all of the cars for that day are sold. Friday and Saturday will probably be VERY late nights!

Drove lots of cool cars today too! They are becoming too many to list. But lets just say I have driven more black Trans Ams then Burt Reynolds. Drove this car today, recognize it?

This is a REAL neat car!

The auction starts tomorrow, but I have not received my assignment yet. I may be driving cars up on the block, I may be driving them elsewhere, or doing something else. But I'm still having a great time. I must admit, this was the BEST Monday at work EVER! I could seriously get used to this.

Since I'll be working later at night, I might not be able to come in here as much, might have to start posting in the morning. I will try to give as many updates as I can.

Here is a picture of me at the auction several years ago. Can't find it on my hard drive, so I had to save this small photo one from my facebook page. Maybe you'll see me on TV.
