I got my flu shot 2 weeks ago, and at my daughter's suggestion a pneumonia shot. That ones good for 5 years I'm told.

Hi everyone.

Can't put my finger on it, but everything seemed to conspire to irritate me today. :(

I guess the start of it was when we showed up at the imaging center for X-rays. In 2011, I had a TERRIBLE bout with kidney stones, and I have a yearly follow up next week. Doc wanted films of my abdomen, so he sent the orders to this place. Anyway, it drives me nuts when I go to these places and have to fill out pages and pages of forms and sign my name more than I have when buying a house. Then the clerk verified my info, printed it, then made me sign it for accuracy. After I point out the mistakes, she tells me to write over them and sign. Well, why did I have to fill out those stupid forms, should have just let you fill in what YOU wanted.

After all of that, we drive over to a restaurant for breakfast. I park in an unoccupied area of the parking lot. When we come back out, that area is now occupied and, much to my amazement, the idiots on either side of my wife's car could not park their friggin cars between the 2 white lines of their parking spaces, and were in our spot! Luckily, there was no damage to her car.

Won't get into the ordeal at the movies or dinner afterwards. Just glad this day is almost over. Guess this just wasn't one of my better days.

I go today to my sister's house to get the title to daddy's truck signed over & give her the $ for both the truck & the dining room furnature I bought for my daughter. Tomorrow morning I will go to get things finalized for the truck with the county. It is still cold here but no precipitation & less wind with a bit of sun peeking through. Brrrrrrrrrrr, I need my coffee Have a good day everyone.

I stayed out waaaaaaaay past my bedtime last night! Thank you Maggie and Gary for such a fun time! (and Janet, Glen, Scotty, Rachel, and Mike too!)
Now I'm up early to get a start on the tailgating... Go Seahawks!! Can we stay undefeated at home?? I think so!!

Evening crew. Well the truck is mine now.The title was signed over earlier & in the morning I'll get the tags changed. Here are a couple of post Christmas pics I meant to post. First one - You gotta love home made ornaments. Here are some made through the years by me, my mother, my sisters & a couple by friends. The other pic is of the saying on the shirt my daughter got me for Christmas.

That's a neat shirt. I'll have to find one for my wife.

Took a fun road trip up to Jerome with my family today. It was COLD up in the mountains today. It was also cloudy, so no photos. I wasn't inspired. On the way back, we drove through blowing snow up in the higher elevations and rain here in the valley.

Found one of these at the Cracker Barrel in Prescott, where we ate breakfast.
