Are you dead set on that shiny chrome looking ceramic coating, or would you be ok with black, or a matte silver? A buddy of mine works at a local place that develops powder/ceramic/firearm coatings and I can get a pretty swinging deal.

I use their V171 turbine coat on everything I do. It's good to 1800deg. It's kind of a matte/satin silver. It was designed for jet turbines. There's some guys out here at the local circle track that use it on their headers, and even after several seasons they still look brand new with no discoloration.

that's pretty cool. yeah, black would be good. although, the price would have to be really good, because i'd have to also pay to ship the headers both ways. lol or is that something I buy, and do myself?
