Mike you are right, the Chargers had some great teams under Brees & Rivers but the former GM A.J. Smith had a big ego and he did not resign a lot of key players because it was his way or the highway. Norv Turner & Mike Mc Coy are good offensive coordinators but not leader of men as coaches. Just my two cents as a former season ticket holder.

Agree 100% also as a season ticket holder during that era. A.J's feud with Marty Schottenheimer killed the team.

What's up with ESPN's scroll about what it takes for some teams to win. I know it's numbers and stats to theoretically get in but wow.

The Vikings can get in by Dallas, TB, Atlanta, GB, Seattle, Arizona, Redskins all losing, and the Giants and Detroit go to the AFC. I swear that is what it said at one point.

Matt McGloin has to step up for the Raiders. He has some play makers around him. This is his moment. The Raiders need to beat Denver to give McGoin even more time to prepare for playoff football. Go Raidernation!

Win and we're in. It can go from number two seed and a week off or not making it at all. Considering that al the 'experts' said 4-12, or 5-11, locals had us no better than 7-9, playing for the division title is amazing! Congrats on the Phins getting in. What is Tannehill's status for the play offs?
