Vinyl doesn't hold up well here. My stripes are starting to peel and my car is hardly in the sun.

Poor quality vinyl? The good stuff doesn't peel. Once it is installed, it takes a lot to remove it.

Its from the factory. And I hear its easy to remove them with some heat.

Heat softens the adhesive and makes it easier to remove, but I have never had issues with peeling, even using an automatic car wash. Sorry to hear yours are peeling. That sucks.

Holy crap! I think it makes a difference if you are wrapping your car or just having stripes. Wherever you have an exposed seam, you can get de-lamination.

The only thing I really wonder about is when you get tired of the PD is how easy it will actually peel off... Would it be easy, or just a big PITA and leave little bits and pieces in the nooks and crannies?

How hot does it get there? It gets extremely hot down here and no one I've ever met has ever had a problem with vinyl. The good stuff doesn't peel. Our temps get up to 115 during the summer down here. My car sits in the sun all day and never have I had a problem with my stripes

It's a HUGE PITA to remove. My buddy removed his over 3 months ago and he's still finding pearl white chunks all over the place. Also, if you accidentally get it on your grille or diffuser or a surface like that, good luck taking it all off. He still has white specs in his grille
