So its been a while, not much 'new' going on as I've picked up flying again -- so much fun doing that.
The car is doing fantastic and, today, was the first time in 5 months I gave it a 'full' bath (been driving it a bit). Did a power wash at the coin operated wash and then did my Gary Dean wash method with Detail Juice/Boost Juice and then some Adams detail spray. After 2 years and 3 months since I did paint correction, she still looks fantastic: After all the road trips, racing, etc., the paint is holding up great! -Don

Hard to believe but 5 years since I did the first ADM LSA kit. She’s running great and I’ve enjoyed it. Not joy ridding as much — doing the volunteer shelter thing. Hope to get her out this weekend. E85 is so cheap now!
Sucks the virus shut down c-fest but lots of folks impacted. Lookin forward to next year... Still flying and waiting for the FAA to get their work done... Hope everyone is doing well... -Don

Well, have had a lot of request to show what the wing looks like out the rear window. Took the car out today -- drives fantastic! -- and got a shot of it:
hope this helps folks get an idea of how it looks with the taller stanchions... -Don

Still alive and kicking! Flying much more - lots of fun there. Took the beast out tonight just to enjoy owning such a wild machine - still a blast to drive - loving the Recaros. Wing is still awesome.
Hope everyone is doing well and come on CFest! -Don

So do you think the wing is pretty functional?? I’ve been watching out for a factory wing and see if I can order just the adapter to install on a 5th Gen trunk lid.

I’ve not raced it in a while but with speed it does (did test that ;o)
I have the higher stanchions and those appear to keep it in the rear flow.. Looks like C7 had one for the 5th gen at a decent price ($999 I think). If you don’t have the base support like I do, the center stanchion will need some trunk lid support... -Don

Well, I’m sitting on them right at the moment. I’ve been so busy with the flying, the opportunity has not presented itself to install them.

Are you still running the 2.45 and 18% lower setup? If so how much boost are you pushing?
