Hmm, that might look good. I think the chrome lip makes the wheels seem higher end. I admit, I prefer subtle accents, but you have to do what makes you happy, bud. As long as it's a good paint job, any of your designs will tie in nicely with your orange/white theme. I had considered purchasing those wheels a while back with the intention of adding either blue or orange accents. Here are a few photoshops I did back then:
