By the time I got to my house from the garage, I had a pool of blood in my other hand.

Thanks and here's a quick pic out in the sun. It's definitely not as good as I wanted, but better.

Looks good man. What more are you expecting from it? Are there scratches exposed in the sun that you weren't able to detect inside?

Assuming the 2LS is like the 2010 and 2011s that didn't have the fully adjustable passenger seat, some people unbolted the seat and put a hockey puck to raise it. I wouldn't recommend it but it's been done.

Basically yes. There are some scratches in it I couldn't see inside, but I think the one thing that makes me think it's not good is I forgot to do the small area in between my stripes

Not even really sure if it can be done without touching the stripes. I have to see how large the gap is compared to my four inch pads. Any tips for that little piece?

Throughly masking tape the stripes and overlap the tape away from the central point. For example if you are polishing from the bottom of your hood then the right stripe you would tape from from the right and work your way left. And on the left stripe tape from the left and work your way right. This will make it where your polisher won't peel the edges of the tape up. Giver a second and I'll take a picture of what I mean.

Here you go. You really can only work in the up and down motion and not side to side without pulling the edge of the tape up but this is the best and safest way

This would be the right stripe.

This is why people pay me good money to make their car look good

Plus you have to be with black. If you want your car to actually look good anyway. And nothing makes me happier than after I get done detailing my car.

I wish yellow reflected light that well. What wax is that? I used Americana this time around and it super easy to apply and remove compared to any other wax I have used.
