Morning...

Wow, hubby and I decided to ride our bikes yesterday - got to the end of the road and there were CCBI cars, about 7 Chargers all with their blue lights and crime scene tape everywhere. Saw the sherrif along with the tv crew. Hispanic gentlemen got shot outside a vacant house that had been for sale for about a year - passerby walking to a convenience store heard the shot, ducked in a bush, saw a silver car leave. Guy was shot in the neck, died en route... I live in the middle of no where too. They think it could have been a drug deal gone bad.

Tape removed today, but there is still a Charger parked in the driveway near the end of the driveway by the road.

Damn most excitement since we had a couple of breakins during the winter..

one time several years ago i was on my bike in the morning. i'm riding past this house( a house i never see anyone going in or out of) and there's 4 what i'm assuming are cops, all in bullet proof vests and stuff, automatic weapons right at the front of the house like they're going to break the door in. I'm thinking, please let me get past this house before the bullets start flying.
i don't know what happend, but i never heard any shots.
