Thanks, everyone, for the compliments on Ladybug's new shoes.

Even though I was excited to get them done, I was a little nervous, too - I'm a believer in the "less is more" approach, and was thinking they might be over-the-top... My husband was worried they might be too "blingy", too.... But they don't scream "Look at the wheels FIRST!!", which is the way I wanted it...

Special thanks to xVengeancex28 for the awesome photoshop, and to AutoFX in Tacoma for making that photoshop into reality!!

Oh, and to Rzarazor for selling me the wheels!!

We broke a record for the dryest 80-day period - a record that has stood since 1922 - normally, in that stretch, we would have had just over 3.3 inches of rain. This year, it's only 0.03 inches!!
I've enjoyed it, driving Ladybug almost every day... Back to the SUV tomorrow. I'm betting that I'll slam my clutch foot on the brakes in the SUV a couple of times before my foot remembers that the SUV is an automatic. HAHA!
