I have a harbor freight low profile 2.5 tons jack. It is no problem when i have on my 28' street tires but when i have on my 27.3' skinnies it is too low lol

If that's the case, then you don't need to build ramps - all you'd need is a piece of 2xanything lumber to drive up on. I have a regular old jack and drive the fronts up on a piece of scrap 2x10 so the jack fits under.

This I have a couple of long 2 x 8 boards that I use to level my camping trailer. I just pull them out when I need them and drive the Camaro on them and I can get my 3 ton non low profile jack under it. Now mind you I am not lowered like your car.
