This is awesome, I too am on a journey to a healthier me. I started in December and Ive lost almost 40 lbs. so far. Its always good to have people help you and motivate you. I definitely be checking in to check out your progress.

Recovery week is almost over 1 more day :(....start month 2 of Insanity on Monday. Nervous and excited at the same time I know it is going to kick my ass worse than month 1 did but hopefully all the hard work will pay off!
