Hmm, none of you smartypants recognized da' woid "ballast", for shizzel! It means the material one purposely loads into the bilges of a ship to counterbalance the horizontal forces of wind and wave that tend to roll a ship on the sea toward a possible capsizing.

Since the rules are inclusive of English slang, I'd say you refer to a non-standard spelling and concomitant pronunciation of "whore". Verbose, ain't I? Much ado 'bout very little.
