On another note I wonder what kind of 1/4 numbers a ZL1 with say around 625hp is putting down. Hmm stick or auto.

Didn't a guy on here with a scat pack run a 12.2 ? A 12.1 is awful for a 707 hp car

Being they don't build a ZL1 with 625hp we will never know. We are talking about production cars here.

Da.I know just saying a ZL1 with less hp I'm pretty sure will handle a 707hp 12.1 lol

Looks like the Hellcat has a better stopping distance than the ZL1 102' from 60mph

Wonder what the factors play in to that, the zl1 stops a whole 9ft shorter from 60ft then the hellcat. What was the stopping distance comparison at 102ft for both cars?

The 8 speed auto runs 11.2 on factory tires, 10.9 on drag radials per SRT CEO Tim Kuniskis.

Numbers that I found from 60mph were

MT 97' Z28
MT 106' ZL1 Convertable
MT 108' ZL1 Coupe

AW 102 and 105 Hellcat

The Corvette 8 speed auto will likely be in the next generation ZL1. There will be a showdown at the track.

...with a PRO driver. 95% of us cannot make a 700 HP car run 3 tenths difference from stock tires to DRs. I've got at least 400 passes at the strip and could not hit those numbers.

11.4 Has been seen at the track, so in the spring or down south over the winter someone or group will get there.
