Still going to the gym at least 5 times a week.
I'm eating tons of protein and am eating healthier. Taking A.H.D. , A-50, fish oil, flax seed oil, whey protein, casein protein, 1MR, ....and that's about it. Today is a rest day. I've put on about 10lbs....lol....but, ....all my lift weights have really skyrocketed. I'm up to 1,200lbs now on my leg press (6th set x 8 reps). I started at 700lbs a while back. I just have 70lbs more until I max out the machine....lol. Fun fun |

Down 12 pounds in the last two weeks! Want to lose another 18 more instead of just 8 more. Want to be a size 6-8 again... right now I'm hovering at a 10-12 depending on designer

Good to see everyone back into it. I know for me, owning a motorcycle shop, makes it difficult to find time to workout aggresively after working very long hours but I maintain pretty good. I've been hitting it hard lately now that things have slowed down a bit. Going over my journals I realized the last time I cut enough to see a 4 pack was 3 years ago so have set a goal to see them again by my 57th birthday. It's in January so I've got my work cut out for me. I'd go for a six pack but at my age that's too much work lol.
