I bet you did need a break! I have been looking all over for skinny thanksgiving recipes (not that the ones we use aren't already skinnied) found some good ones on Skinnytaste.com. That website has become my addiction.

Spring competing?! Fun!

Still going to the gym at least 5 times a week.

I'm eating tons of protein and am eating healthier.

Taking A.H.D. , A-50, fish oil, flax seed oil, whey protein, casein protein, 1MR, ....and that's about it. Today is a rest day.

I've put on about 10lbs....lol....but, ....all my lift weights have really skyrocketed.

I'm up to 1,200lbs now on my leg press (6th set x 8 reps). I started at 700lbs a while back. I just have 70lbs more until I max out the machine....lol.

Fun fun

Down 12 pounds in the last two weeks! Want to lose another 18 more instead of just 8 more. Want to be a size 6-8 again... right now I'm hovering at a 10-12 depending on designer

It's kinda funny....I have to snag up a whole bunch of the 45lb weights in that area of the gym. They are all gone from all the machines around me... NO! YOU MUST "WEIGHT"!

Good to see everyone back into it. I know for me, owning a motorcycle shop, makes it difficult to find time to workout aggresively after working very long hours but I maintain pretty good. I've been hitting it hard lately now that things have slowed down a bit. Going over my journals I realized the last time I cut enough to see a 4 pack was 3 years ago so have set a goal to see them again by my 57th birthday. It's in January so I've got my work cut out for me. I'd go for a six pack but at my age that's too much work lol.

Seriously impressive!!!

This is just the cardio I do, not including the supersets!

CARDIO PLAN

ALWAYS warm up before beginning all cardio sessions by stretching for 5 minutes and walking on the treadmill for 5 minutes before beginning!

M,W,F AM

Treadmilll - Do this 6 times

Incline 1 and speed of 5.5 - 6.0 run for 1 minute
Incline 3 and speed of 2.0 - 2.2 lunge for 2 minutes
Incline 1 and speed of 7.0 – 8.0 sprint for 1 minute
Incline 3 and speed of 2.0 – 2.2 lunge for 2 minutes
25 pop squats
25 sumo stomps
20 wide stationary jumps

Th AM

Upright Bike - Do this 12 times

Set level at 3 and keep rpm's above 110 for 2 minutes
Set level at 7 and keep rpm's above 80 for 2 minutes
Set level at 12 and keep rpm's above 70 for 1 minute

T & Sat AM

We HIGHLY recommend the use of the Cybex Arc. If your gym does not have a Cybex Arc, we HIGHLY recommend that you find a gym that does. The use of the Cybex Arc will dramatically help your progress. An Elyptical is not an arc and has nowhere new the effect of shaping the glutes and tightening up the back of the legs

Cybex Arc – Do 10 times

Incline 1 and level 20 for 2 minute
Incline 3 and level 30 for 2 minute
Incline 5 and level 40 for 1 minute

Get off Cybex and do:

50 no weight squats holding on to bar leaning back and pushing with heels not toes. Go all the way down and half way up. Make first 25 wide and 2nd 25 narrow
