We met Earl Thomas' dad on our way out of the stadium, too He came up to Rob and asked why he chose to wear a number 29 jersey, then told us who he was - we didn't believe it at first, but then he showed us the Big 10 championship ring Earl gave him. He is a really nice man, so proud of his son, and told us he appreciates all the support from Seahawks fans. My phone was dead, so I didn't take a pic, but it was definitely a highlight for us - we LOVE Earl Thomas (Austin plays safety, too, and want to be like Earl. )


My dishwasher won't be fixed for 2 more weeks, they have to order a part...:( The backcheck valve is broken, allowing water to flow back in even as it drains. The repairman said this is the first time he's seen that part go bad.

2 more weeks! Yikes. sounds like what I've been going thru trying to get a window regulator for my mother-in-laws 2000 Buick.

I just got back from Roses in Northern AZ (about 130 mile round trip). I was picking up tickets for Powerball. The jackpot for Wednesday's drawing is $305MM.

Washed and waxed my wife's car and my 'vert. 110* in my garage at 11:30, so I went into the house, and that's where I'm staying for the rest of the day.
