If it's for a day or two after you start wearing glasses, that's usually because glasses change your field of view (albeit slightly), so that what you see isn't 100% in line with what your cerebellum tells you to look at (which causes a headache). It's takes a little while, but your cerebellum relearns eye muscle movements to correct that. Other reasons could be the lenses are incorrectly cut, wrong prescription, or too narrow screwing up your peripheral vision. Or if they're pressing against your temples that could cause headaches.

My glasses do press against my temples and sometimes that causes them. But honestly I get them so often that there is no consistency to what causes them...wearing glasses, not wearing glasses, temperature, loud noise/rapid light flickers, dehydrated not dehydratesd nothing is ever the same.

That definitely makes it more difficult to pinpoint their triggers. Which is also frustrating, I know how that goes.

Yea it blows...my doc had me keep track of what i was doing, ate and all that jazz whenever I got a headache and there were never any consistences. I do notice though that I do get more in the winter than in the summer so the weather does have some effect.

Stress doesn't help any either, but it's kinda tough (i.e. Impossible) to avoid that completely.

It's funny because she keeps On farting. Sniffs the air a few seconds later and then smells it. Then is moves across the couch and back and forth.
