Keep working, you'll get it!

I kinda slacked off over the weekend at the NASCAR race. Back to reality and the gym yesterday though!

The two weeks off for moving threw a monkey wrench in my fitness, so I'm gonna have to work extra hard to get back to where I was.

My problem is I drop weight like crazy if I don't go to the gym. This is the opposite of most people. Part of my problem is I'm never really hungry so I'll forget to eat if I'm not in a normal routine. Add to that the fact that I was spending 10 hours a day moving boxes and unpacking and well.....

I'm slowly moving back to get my strength back to where it was....but I feel like I don't look as thick as I did. I'm still lean at about 6-7% bodyfat...but I'm down 9lbs in weight so it had to be muscle I lost.

ARGH.

Jaime was the first Bikini athlete to go Pro when the new Bikini division opened up in 2009 and she is still winning all the shows! And I've been accepted as part of the Bombshell fitness team so, maybe these dreams will be in my future!

My workouts:

Day 1 - Legs, Back and Arms / Squats, Lat Pulls, Stiff Deadlifts, Bar Curls, Calve Press, Triceps Dips, Inner Thigh, And Outer Thigh.

Day 2 - Chest, Butt and Core / Chest Press, Obl. Crunches, Peck Dec, Butt Machine, Knee Raises, Heal Press, Serratus Push (higher reps, low weight, done for conditioning.)

Day 3 - Back, Hams, and Bis / Pull ups, Chins, Hamstring Curls, Mid Back Row, Good Mornings, Ham Curls on Body Ball, Reverse Peck DEC, Concentration Curls.

Day 4 - Quads, Tris, Calves / Leg Extensions, Walking Lunges, Triceps Kickbacks, Seated Calves, Triceps Pushdown, Standing Dumbbell Calve Raises on step.

Day 5 - Chest, Core, Butt / Decline Pushups, Dips, Butt Machine, V Sits, Back Extension on Body Ball

This is what I've been doing the past couple of weeks, legs, I usually do 5 sets and upper body 3 sets and I am sore! also I've been jogging around the nieghborhood for 30 min first thing in the morning!

^^^ I LOVE her legs, but she needs a bit more meat on those shoulders and arms.

I'd like to be built like Mark Wahlburg or however you spell it.

trying to lose over 20lbs in less than 45 days. (final step in hiring process)

Started doing Insanity and running at least 1.5 miles a day.
For the first time in my life I'm watching my calories
