I only went out Saturday afternoon. I had class/orientation Friday evening that I couldn't miss. And I live less than 30 mins from the track so I stayed at my place. But I did hang around the host hotel parking lot last night.

Last night I was in the host hotel parking lot till around 11, had to get back and pack. Depending on where next year's is, I might see how much it is to fly.

Total of 14 hours each way to Baytown and thanks to the trailer, we get 9 miles to the gallon. About every 200 miles we have to stop and get gas. I am now officially back in Florida but still have another 3 hours to go

Oh wow, that's almost 3 times as much gas as if you had driven. But it definitely makes up for it by prevented all the rock chips you would've gotten.

Felting would definitely be a worthwhile option too. No telling if I'll make it out next year.

Hey what's up you guys I'm a new member here don't have a camaro YET but yesterday my fiance and I went to our local Chevy dealer and got to drive some v6 camaros one was the rs and the other ls1 I didn't think I'd like them I ended up wanting to leave with one ! I'd like to know from you guys what are pros and con's to the v6 world my buddy has a ss and I see how he struggles with gas I don't want that problem but seems like the v6 has enough power to have fun with. Sorry for the rant !

Yea we will see, we still need to know where the next fest will be before any decisions are made.

While this one has great, I still feel there are things about the first one that will be unmatched.

True, I'll have to see the location and dates first.

I honestly enjoyed the past couple Texas Camaro Revolutions more than fest, but I also feel like I missed out on a lot, especially only being present half a day. And I've never been to any other fests to have anything to compare it to. I did like seeing those Z/28's though!
