I don't.

My mom does. She had a 69 back in High School and raced it. She always wanted one again and if we can.. well it's her 'ice cream' to mend the wounds. Hell if I'm ever gonna even get the keys to it if we find one. She'll hoard 'em.

She's in good spirits too. Just the sore back. Even joked about me calling Avis for Camaro availability.

Because I want to have a camaro for my wedding but my aunts played all kinds of pranks on my sister at my wedding and I dont want anyone to mess with my car but its looking like I will be taking Daisy anyways. Venue has security, I'm gonna put them on Daisy Duty.

Well I went to get a quote and they said with the sportier cars they don't promise them or hold them.

[QUOTE=badgebunny;3414816]Jealous! Monday if someone wakes me up early I will hurt them. Tomorrow gotta get up early and wash Daisy before Cars and Coffee.

Well...I'll make sure I don't bug you on Monday!

Weird indeed. Glad she is okay. I have been trying to find a Camaro to rent for my wedding and everywhere says they can't promise me one. So Daisy it is. But I'm putting security around her to keep my weaseling friends away from here.

Congrats on your upcoming wedding! When is the big day?!

Car took a good smack to the nose and rear so I'm assuming she hit the ass and someone broke to close behind her and rear ended her. Pancaked the Milan. Thank god I had my body guy on speed dial, he's got nothing lined up so I knew he'd love a chance to keep working with the nagging family that lives down the street from him.

And with what he's done to my Bird.. this should be a piece of cake. We've got insurance on the dial and since she's not at fault (guy pulled out without looking) we should be fine. Then she gets rear ended so OBVIOUSLY not at fault now.

Downside: It's Tuxedo Black Metallic. One of the colors discontinued due to the tsunami (same metallic flake source for Red Jewel). If it can't be fixed, guess we're getting a check for the residual and going car shopping again. Sad.. she actually was digging the little bugger, with an average lead foot MPG of 27 combined.

Then again, the way she drives like a granny (until I started driving we averaged 33 combined.) I don't think she'll miss the fuel economy drop if we can find an LS rental. Fingers crossed that she didn't screw up her back and her 'ice cream' is a rental Camaro!

Be back later dudes and dudette. Gotta drive the Milan over to the shop and drop it off. Gonna stop over though first to his house to see if he's even there (home) or at the shop.
Glad to hear your mom's all right.

As for the car...

I wash my car myself by hand! I never went thru a automatic car wash and having a black car I don't want the swirl marks or fine scratches. I'm VERY picky I only use Meguairs products only. I get people that want to drive my camaro for me but I never let them. With my car being lowered I'm afraid of someone damaging my front splitter.

Yeah you get married at the gazebo on the lake and then the reception is inside. That room is GORGEOUS! Its a huge country style house/bed and breakfast with a reception hall.

Very Nice! Looks like a special place to have a wedding...hopefully you can have it when it's not too hot or maybe even cold. Good luck with the planning. Weddings are truly special events and are priceless!

Do you have a time of year preference for the wedding? Is it really cold in winter?

Thank you! Glad you like it! It was a good find for sure. I wanted something different then the typical church wedding.
