Good evening guys & dolls. I have a Friday pic to post but for some bizzare reason my laptop won't read the SD card that has the pics. ?????????????? It has been reading it until today. It is still reading other SD cards. The camera reads the SD card that has the pics. WTF????? It has been a busy & long day. I don't have enough brain cells left to figure this out. Anyone ever had something like this happen???????????

BTW the Skittles are looking good! Beautiful pic. I wish I could be there.

I made it to beautiful clear, breezy 56 degree South Lake Tahoe (compared to 95 degree Las Vegas). The couple of pics I got while on the road didn't turn out so I'll take more on the way out. I expect Jay to be arriving in the next hour and the Skittle Brigade to arrive in the 90 minutes or so.

Any lotion or goop on the contacts? Does it still work in the camera?

Yeah, It works in the camera. I tried wiping it off. Is there something in particular I should try to clean it with? There are A TON of pics on that card. :( I guess if nothing else I can find the cable & connect the camera to the computer.

Since there are so many pictures I would off load them with the cable.

After the pics are safely offloaded, If the contacts appear fuzzy or tarnished you might try cleaning them with a rubber eraser.

But if the card is already flaky, it's best to replace it.

Technology can be a pain...

Anyway, the resolution is terrible, but you can see the WCOFF gang (11 camaros counting mine) as they pull out of Sqaw Valley, Lake Tahoe, CA.
