This thread brought me back to reality again! This is just devestating. I cant even magine what your family is going through right now. I cant tell you the sadness I feel as I read this tonight, so I can only imagine your life right now. I know I would lose it if this was my child. But I also know I would fight for a better outcome, just as your doing Scott!

Keep doing what your doing and we'll keep praying our hearts out, whatever Creator we believe in.

My wife and I are both praying for her every chance we get. She's in my thoughts and prayers as I am wanting her to recover from this battle as if she was a part of my family. I have lost quite a few friends and family to cancer so I know the grief and sadness that surrounds you. I'll write down one of my prayers for her below...

Heavenly Father, You are intimately aware of the struggle Stephanie is experiencing. The pain and the despair. You know the desire of her and her families heart to be healed of this illness. I ask now for Your healing touch. I know that You are able and that just like in Biblical times, You can heal her.

I also understand that You will choose what is best for her. I pray that through this trial, she will draw close to you. That You will be her comfort and strength and that you'll never leave her side. I pray that ultimately, whatever happens, you will be glorified through her as you know she has a wonderful and special heart and soul. I pray this in Jesus’ name, Amen.

I'd just love to say you guys are simply amazing. Being only a 19 year old in college and still learning how this world works this site/event has definetly shown me this is a good time to grow up in. Even though America is in a bit of a hard time extremely generous people are still giving with out any desire to get anything back. If only there were more people like you guys in this world. I would donate money but being the college student that I am I do not have much of that. I do however have time I can spare so if there is ever anything I can do to help scott and his daughter and family out just ask.

Don't let some of these guys on here bother you. I think the grown-ups get it. It's not like you're buying a $70,000.00 Corvette or a Dodge Viper. Everyone needs a car. This is an affordable car that Steph really likes. Gotta have a vehicle. I wish I could do more. But thanx for the clarification. And hang in there. And tell Steph Randy and Bonnie said hi. Even though she hasn't met us yet.

So someone with at least some 'Pull' is aware?

i would love to help in anyway i can but i live in texas and my camaro isnt here so i cant race to the dinner but i will put stephanie and her family in my prayers and keep them there for as long as necessary . dont let anyone give you critizime over the car buying thing its what she wants. im glad to see the "camaro5 family" stepping up and helping out anything i can do just let me know and i will gladly do it

Well Stephanie just got a nice package in the mail. She now has a yellow remote controlled Camaro with Black Stripes, a Purdue Boilermakers shirt and the stuff to run the car along with a very nice card.

When she gets home from Chemo we will see if we can get a picture of her and the car if she is up to it.

If not we can grab a shot of it, her and the real car when it gets here.
