Think initially yes ... but you will learn and adapt.
By example, I lowered mine and immediately got more traction and wheel spin :-O but I'm avoiding wheel spin now :-) I think your mpg may plummet tho! |

It is not my daily driver any more so I could care less about MPG.

My launch didn't change that much when I got headers. The only difference is now i lower the rear tire psi to 30 and that had gotten me better 60ft. Will see how I have to change my launch once I get my drag radials on.

Those are decent tires. You should be okay. Lowering the psi a bit will help

Have you tried lowering the PSI a little more out of curiosity?

I broke down and took it out of the garage today for a drive. It's running fine but I have a CEL I am guessing it's from the car not starting for 4 months. I just picked up an OBD device off Amazon and the Torque app for my Galaxy S4 today so I can see what the code is and maybe reset it. I just need to go into the garage and pair it up.

Did you pull the battery or have it on a tender? Seeing that your not heavily modified I don't see why you would get a code either way. My guess is the code is with the Evap system. |
