what drag radials are yall using? need to pick up a pair before c5 fest. are caddy spares allowed for the front wheels?

besides maybe Gretchen and other turboed cars, there is no way a v6 is making enough power to justify running drag radials all the time

As for the fest I'm not sure but the way you worded your sentence made it seems like you wanted DR or street radials for the street.

So far Ruby has been able to stick takeoffs at the track without a burnout. Even on really slick track conditions just lower RPM's before launch & punching it a bit more gradually & it was all good. So when I get my headers & tune I'm guessing that will not be the case. This is my only worry about these upgrades as I really can't afford to be replacing tires all that much. But I do want to beat me some SS. Thoughts?
