just had some blood labs done to see how my supplementation was going, and looks like my lipid panels are all out of whack. Gotta get this under control asap.

Might be time to go off the "supplements" for a bit. How long have you been on?

Just 4 weeks in this go around. Diet is going well, but I'm lacking in the cardio dept as of late.

my best lifts are the following now, I have a competition coming up in april, i moved up a weight class to 163lbs (coming from 145lbs class)

380lbs at 153lbs bodyweight squat about 1 month ago


Bench press at 240 paused at chest at bw now (155lbs)

deadlift 480lbs @144lbs

Should I be worried about the cracking sound on my knees when I squat. Ive been lifting for almost a year now and its only recently that Im experiencing this.

I hit a PR in the front squat yesterday by 30lbs (355). I'm pretty happy considering I was out 5 weeks and have been back 5 weeks.
