I use premium and the cheapest I can find it is $3.31. Surprisingly enough, that's not a horrible price out here. It was over $3.50 not to long ago.

Yeah, a while is an understatement. The house had a ton of liens and holds on it that had to be settled before I could take possession. So it has just sat empty. :(
