Congrats on your continued success, I know how hard it can be, I used to be over 200 pounds and now have lost almost half my original body weight and do figure and bikini competitions. Do not let loose skin discourage you it can be fixed either with time, surgery (that's the path I had to go) or redlight therapy. PM me if you want to know about it or need words of encouragement!

Thats great, I have my diet and workouts under control but really need help with my posing, that is very much my weekness, I have no way to practice with 2 teenage kids in the house....I'm in the bikini division Btw...

Next year I am think of crossing over to fitness... Then I will have done it all but BB!

Diet redo status check in..... SUCCESS! All I did was cut every portion of the food I was consuming in half, didn't change what I was eating at all, just chopped the amount in half. Then I took it a step further and do not eat after 6 p.m. at all. Results= 13 lbs lost in just one month with no exercise. I have been working in the hot sun some. P.S. I don't drink any alcohol.

6 long years I also do powerlifting on the off season

Well this is my second year in Bikini, I just haven't built enough muscle for figure,

Looks great! Try powerlifting, I managed to put on 5 or pounds of muscle in my firstt season

I have a freind at my gym that wants me to get involved in the powerlifting competitions,
I think I may go ahead in the offseason..
The gym I go to puts those on a few times a year...
